GRITMATH is an AI-powered mathematics tutoring platform specifically designed for Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) curriculum including General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, and Specialist Mathematics. The Service provides:

• 24/7 AI tutoring assistance
• Interactive chat interface for problem-solving
• OCR capabilities for math problem recognition
• Persistent chat history and progress tracking
• QCE-specific curriculum support

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

GRITMATH offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited to 5 questions per account
• Premium Tier: Unlimited questions with yearly billing at $260 AUD per year ($5/week)
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Premium subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limitations or security measures

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GRITMATH and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
